Finlay and Lani's wedding website
I built Finlay and Lani a wedding website that brought the event information and RSVP process together, with a separate view for managing the responses.
Website development. Vue, Firebase and the RSVP workflow.
The website needed to carry the wedding information and give guests a straightforward way to respond, and I built the Vue version around those two jobs with a separate organiser view, with the guest form and the attending view working on the same response data in Firebase.
Firebase held the content and response data, while the RSVP page handled form validation and the attending view brought the submissions back into the site for administration.
The repository preserves the earlier setup and the later Vue implementation, though the entry covers the resulting website and response workflow as one piece of work.
The catalogue date follows the first preserved commit on 9 October 2023.
Outcome
A wedding information site with implemented RSVP handling and organiser administration. The preserved project spans the initial 2023 setup and subsequent work in 2024.
